Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi hadtheir mug shots taken aftertheir Thursday arrest in Texas for allegedly not paying a $10,000 hotel bill in California. Eviwrote a handwritten letter to defend their innocence. The Presidio County Sheriff's Office provided "The Insider" with these photos.
